Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for all of our products purchased from REDCHEF INC directly, as well as exchanges. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you setup with a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt (purchase of gift cards are non-refundable).
Conditions for Returns:
- All original packaging and accessories must be included.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date and shipped back within 30 days from delivery date.
- Proof of purchase from our site is required for all returns.
- Customers need to pay return shipping costs.
Redchef reserves the right to limit or reject returns when we suspect policy abuse or fraudulent behavior from a customer.
In addition, bulk purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible to be returned.
For returns over 30 days, we will charge you a listing fee of 15% of the product price.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not accept customers returning products without a return label.

After we receive your return package,returns are refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase .
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process a credit card refund, depending on your bank's processing time. Things can vary widely between credit card issuers.
Redchef®, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories. In addition, Redchef reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange at all if the return is missing components or accessories or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be subject to restocking fees or denial of the refund. It is crucial for our customers to be aware that they are responsible for accurately and securely attaching all return labels when returning items. In the event of returns being lost or delayed due to an unreadable barcode, we must emphasize that the responsibility for such instances lies with the customer and not with Redchef.
