what coating do Redchef use for cookware?

Redchef cookware is made with a durable non-stick ceramic coating and contains no PTFE, PFOA or heavy metals.

Are Ceramic Coatings Safe? Does it contain toxic substances?

Ceramic coatings are made from materials such as silica, a natural compound found in sand and quartz. Unlike PTFE coatings, ceramic coatings are PFOA-free and do not release potentially harmful fumes when heated.

How do I preserve the non-stick ceramic coating?

Redchef cookware has good thermal conductivity. It is best to use a low to medium heat setting. Excessive heat can cause the non-stick coating to wear away.

Use only wood, nylon or silicone utensils to avoid damaging the ceramic coating. Do not use metal utensils.

Is The Redchef Pan oven safe?

Yes! The Redchef Pan is oven safe up to 842°F (450°C).
Cookware with removable handles must be removed before being placed in the oven !

Currently, only two series of pots, Genio and Genio Pro, can be put into the oven.

The ivory series cannot be put into the oven !

Is The Redchef Pan dishwasher safe?

Redchef pans are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to preserve the ceramic coating.They are easy to clean.

How much does shipping cost?

*Free Shipping applies to locations within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and destinations outside the United States. We use Priority Shipping, usually via UPS or Fedex.

How long will my order take to ship?

We try to ship within 24 hours after you receive email confirmation, but please allow 3-5 business days for shipment. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email to help track your order.

My product is damaged or defective, what should I do?

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For more information, see our refund policy

What is your return policy?

We know you'll love your new performance cookware product, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.

*30 days from receipt of product. Refunds are available upon confirmation that the original product is returned to Redchef.
